Excellent/Good written and verbal communication skills [English, Arabic is an advantage].
Experience in high volume operation of at least 500 meals per service
Extensive kitchen machinery and knife safety knowledge

Baker/Assistant Baker خباز /مساعد خباز
Develop and create delicious new bakery products and recipes.
Ensure total customer satisfaction through baking delicious bakery products.
Chocolatier Experienced in chocolate tempering and molding
Minimum 2-year experience in the same field
Cake Decorator تزيين الكيك
Designing and decorating cakes according to customers' specifications.
Decorating regular bakery items according to established bakery standards.
Minimum 2-year experience in the same field
MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT قسم الصيانة
Position Minimum Qualification
A/C Technician فني تكييف
Knowledgeable in diagnosing all types of air-conditioning unit
Minimum 2-year experience in the same field
Kitchen Equipment Specialist اخصائي معدات مطابخ
Perform repairs and maintenance duties on a wide variety of kitchen and refrigeration
equipment such as walk-in freezers, industrial-sized steam cookers, refrigerators, ice
machines, washers, ovens, dryers, dishwashers, and water coolers. Carry out periodic
inspection, cleaning, and equipment servicing.
Minimum 3-year experience in the same field

Sales Assistant مساعد مبيعات
Must have F&B experience/Food Industry

Assist with the delegation of day-to-day responsibilities to the Catering team, to
produce and deliver a high quality and cost-effective service of food.
Preferably Arabic speaker

Plan, organize, supervise, and participate in the operations and activities of the
Warehouse; train, assign, supervise and evaluate assigned staff
Minimum 3-year experience in the same field
Warehouse Agent وكيل مستودع
The primary role of the Warehouse Assistant includes the receiving and processing of
incoming stock and material, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping
orders, managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse.
Minimum 1-year experience in the same field
