Planning Manager-EPPM

The Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Executive manages the centralized processes, methods, and tools to analyse and collectively execute current or proposed projects. Develops business management system to manage the projects’ lifecycle from idea to execution, drive project Project control, and provide transparency, visibility and agility into business decisions This role conducts analysis based on numerous key characteristics in order to meet the organization’s strategic objectives while ensuring constraints imposed by customers and stakeholders, internal resources, or external factors.

JD:


Manages the planning, development, and implementation of project eff orts that utilize information technology solutions, principles, standards, and best practices.
Prepare Oracle Dashboards across all EPS and publish time to time and coordinate with Site Planning team to update the program on weekly basis or whenever necessary.
Develops, establishes, and maintains project planning program in EPPM standards and procedures
Obtains feedback to ensure that project eff orts meet customer expectations for contracted time, cost, and performance.
Monitors projects’ status and progress, as well as ensure governance and processes are followed at all times.
Leads enterprise project portfolio planning process and conducts regular reviews and reports on portfolio status.
Assists in facilitating enterprise-wide initiative prioritization in alignment with strategic objectives.
Provide access EPPM access to planning engineers and train them.
Develop and track performance metrics; schedule risk and financial performance of assigned portfolio of programs/projects
Maintains and integrates best practices and common governance for the enterprise, collaborating with Planning Team across the enterprise.
Assists in identifying critical metrics to assess and measure impact and results to ensure both strategic alignment at a program level and successful results at an initiative level.
Prepares and/or provides monthly report on risks, and progress toward strategic priorities to support oversight and continuous improvement.
Oversees budgets to provide transparency on execution status, challenges, value realization, etc.
Provides support in the area of project management expertise, templates and best practices

Qualifications:


Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
