1. Facilities Engineer - Mechanical
At least 8 years of experience in facilities management
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering
Advanced skills with ACAD and Visio
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
2. Facilities Engineer - Civil
At least 8 years of experience in facilities management
Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineer
Knowledge of Capex and Opex
Should be familiar with local authority's regulations (building permits, building completion certificate, etc)
