Urgent requirement for the below positions for our client in Qatar (Locally available with NOC)


1- Accountant (HR Department Experience Mandatory)


2- Senior Administrative Assistant (HR Department Experience Mandatory)


3- Business Analyst (HR Department Experience Mandatory)


Contract Duration:

1 year, renewable


1. Accountant

Minimum 4 Years of Experience


Purpose:

Ensure accurate, timely and appropriate compilation of budget; perform required budgetary controls and reporting financial status of HR department budget.


Job Summary:

The incumbent will contribute to the company by taking responsibility to perform reconciliation of accounts between the company and the vendors/suppliers including assistance to budget preparation and monitoring to support company’s goal of finances efficiency


Minimum Education Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting


2. Senior Administrative Assistant

Minimum 4 Years of Experience


Purpose:

To Handle administrative requests and queries addressed to the department.

Organizing and scheduling appointments, planning meetings and taking detailed minutes.

 

Job Summary:

The incumbent will contribute to the company by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to Direct managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing department’s general administrative activities.


Minimum Education Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration


3. Business Analyst (HR)

Minimum 3 Years of Experience


Job Summary:

Determine business change needs, assessing the business impact of those changes, capturing, analysing and documenting requirements and supporting the communication and delivery of requirements with relevant stakeholders


Minimum Education Qualification

Bachelor degree in Business Studies preferably with IT background
