REQUIRED THE FOLLOWING;
Planning Engineer (MEP)
Prepare detailed construction schedules for assigned projects,
including resources and cost loading in Primavera P6. Identify the
project deliverables, milestones and create work breakdown structure
for the project(s). Visit sites, verify progress data and produce daily,
weekly and monthly reports, S-Curves , Histograms, Risk Registers.
Perform Delay Analysis, Prepare EOT claims, identify irregularities and
discrepancies relating to time.
Quantity Surveyor (MEP)
BSc. Degree qualified Quantity Surveyor is required with following skills;
Over 7 yrs experience in Quantity Surveying/Cost Management/Cost
& Value Reconciliation in MEP Construction field. Should be able to
carry out valuations of works in progress, forecasting of final costs and
sales, prepare and monitor project cashflow forecasts, measure, value,
submit and negotiate contract variations and project final accounts and
monitor project budgets.
Site Administrator
Perform general clerical duties; filing and couriers, material receiving,
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Maintains an organized filing system on site.
Store Keeper (MEP)
Required for site store to carry out the following duties;
Receive shipment, check material deliveries against Purchases Order,
mark & label goods with the identifying codes, arrange materials in
orderly manner as per the inventory, maintain Bin Card and issue record
for each item available at site stores, maintain plant and tools records.
Notify and return any damaged items and make reports. Keep inventory
report update, check stock balance. Implement company's procedures
applicable for preservation and storage of materials.
Good command of written & spoken English.
Middle East experience, particular in Qatar would be an advantage.
