As a job holder you will be responsible for:-
· Assist HR-Business Partner in handling employee accommodations like timely renewal of existing accommodation & coordination with maintenance team for maintenance activities.
· Support HR Business Partners in successful on-boarding of employees & filing of documentation like photographs, certificates, joining form etc
· Support the administrative function related to all government regulations like coordination for scheduling medical test date, fingerprint test date, employment contract attestation, issuance of health card, medical insurance card, etc
· Coordinate with HR-Business Partner for receiving and dispatch of documents related to all areas of HR & Admin
· Register the Face ID/Fingerprint ID for all employees in the Business Unit for tracking of attendance and overtime
· Arrange documents for submission of online RP done cases and coordinate with PRO’s for documents issued & received for various admin activities such as QID’s, (new & renewal) heath certificate, health cards, port pass, and DL’s etc.
· Maintain & update HR & Admin MIS for RP’s (new and renewal), Health Cards & Heath Certificates (new and renewal).
· Responsible for Office supplies like Office Stationary, fax , telephone related admin work, initiation for local purchase of admin items and raising requests in ERP
· Visit Employee accommodations once a week and ensure everything is in order as per company standards
· Handling Transportation for employees & ensure timely service & Arrange airport pickup, drop for Guest.
· Handling petty cash related to admin expenses and submitting reimbursement statement after necessary approvals
· Any other task assigned by management from time to time
