PROJECT SUPERVISORS:
A senior Level employee with Minimum Academic education of degree or diploma. 10 (10) years experience in Supervision/ Administration field and should with communication, drafting skills both in Arabic and English, Excellent computer knowledge.
TASKS AND DUTIES OF PROJECT SUPERVISORS
• Project supervisor is the overall responsible person of the project. The project supervisor must report directly to KAHRAMAA.
• Prepare all the reports related to this project including ISO documentation and other documents related to invoicing and tea boy performances.
• Supervise the services and duties of Office waiters
• Project supervisors are responsible person to arranging all the required facilities for office waiters and supervisors by coordination with KAHRAMAA responsible staff.
• Coordinate with KAHRAMAA representative in day-to-day activities
• Prepare the daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per the instructions from KAHRAMAA.
• Assist KAHRAMAA staff in day-to-day activities related to the project.
• The leave of Project supervisors shall be only with the coordination and approval of KAHRAMAA.
