Essential Job Functions and Key Accountability's:

-Material Planning based on Cost/Consumption/Criticality/Delivery time.

-Order Processing

-Delivery follow up

-Minimise Storage Inventory.

-Cost Optimisation & Savings.

-Vendors development.

-Localization

Qualification Requirements:

Experience - Minimum 3 Years’ Hospital Experience in Qatar

Education – Bachelor Degree or equivalent.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English (speak, read and write). Arabic speaking is an advantage.

Proficiency in using MS Office applications and Emails.

- صيدلية مسؤول الشراء

الوظائف الأساسية والمساءلة الرئيسية:

-تخطيط المواد على أساس التكلفة / الاستهلاك / الحرجة / وقت التسليم.

-معالجة الطلبات

-متابعة التسليم

-تقليل مخزون التخزين.

-تحسين التكلفة والوفورات.

-تطوير البائعين.

-التعريب

متطلبات التأهيل:

الخبرة - خبرة 3 سنوات على الأقل في المستشفى في قطر

التعليم – درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها.

التواصل القوي ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين.

الكفاءة في اللغة الإنجليزية (تكلم، اقرأ، واكتب). التحدث باللغة العربية ميزة.

الكفاءة في استخدام تطبيقات MS Office ورسائل البريد الإلكتروني.
