We are currently hiring an IT Support Engineer for our Qatar Operations with the below skill sets.


Note: Candidate Should be inside Qatar


·        Processing incidents and service requests initiated by client end users using either the ticketing Portal, email, or telephone.

Creating incidents and service requests

·        Recategorizing incidents by service and category.

·        Setting the priority for resolving incidents based on impact and urgency.

·        Investigating and diagnosing incidents and researching solutions.
