#Duties and responsibilities of apparel assistant production manager:
- Assisting the production manager in the manufacturing of the apparels at the factory unit
- Examine the finished product carefully and look for flaws in them
- Immediately rectify the flaws in the manufactured material.
- They are also in charge of packaging these apparels
- Check for the quality of the raw materials and standardize it
- Regular coordination with the branches which receive the orders.
- They must assign the workers to the different department according to their skills
- Ensuring that all the manufacturing targets have been met
- Implementation of safety procedures within the factory.
- Liaise between the management and the workers.
#Assistant Production Manager should aim for maintaining zero defects as well as to provide satisfaction and value for the customers by contributing to minimum number of defects
