1. FM Supervisor- Electrical

Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering

5-6 years relevant experience maintaining electrical assets such a LV Panels, Generators, UPS, Lighting Control systems, Motor Starters

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in GCC, working in large facilities

2. FM Supervisor- Mechanical

Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

5-6 years relevant experience maintaining mechanical systems such as HVAC, Plumbing, drainage, Fire-fighting, pumps etc.

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in GCC, working in large facilities

3. FM Supervisor- Soft services

Any Degree/ Diploma

5-6 years proven experience in managing soft-services such as cleaning, housekeeping, disinfection, pest control, security, catering services. Etc.

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in GCC, working in large facilities or major clients

Candidates who have NOTICE PERIOD OF LESS THAN 2 WEEKS
