Tech Lead
5-7 years of Web development experience
2-3 years as Tech lead experience
Full stack hands-on experience - practical knowledge of Java Springboot and React on top of an SQL database stack
Good working knowledge of REST, XML & JSON, MuleSoft (or any other integration platform)
Understanding and preferably hands-on experience of AWS or Azure cloud platforms
Preferably good understanding of DevOps practices and tools like Azure DevOps
Understanding of web application development using, ReactJS, NodeJS/ExpressJS
· Work in Scrum organized project
· Experience working with offshore teams
Team player, Independent, out-of-the-box thinker, and self-learner.
Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in English
Bachelor’s Degree in a Science or Engineering related discipline.
Digital Architect
· Banking Domain practical experience
· Minimum ten (10) years of progressive experience in one or more of the following areas:
· Cloud development (AWS, MS)
· Software Application Engineering and Architecture design
· Business analysis
· DevsSecOps
· IT Project and Product Management · Five (5) or more years of progressive experience in leading teams
· Practical Experience with one of the Enterprise Architecture Frameworks
· Practical experience with ArchiMate, BPM and UML
· Experienced in working in Scrum organized project
· Ability to create and maintain solution high level design documentation, manages creation of low level design
Scrum master
· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related disciplines. Master’s degree and/or project management certification is preferred.
· PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
· At least five (5) years of experience serving in a scrum master role in an agile software development context and must demonstrate at least three examples of the use of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement.
· Experience with Agile tools.
· Experience working with vendors and service providers.
· Experience working with and managing onsite and remote teams.
· Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communications skills.
· Demonstrates capacity to engage effectively with stakeholders and all levels.
