We are currently hiring an Incident Manager for our Qatar Operations with the below skill sets.


The candidate should be in Qatar


1.      Minimum of six years of Change/Incident/Problem Management experience.

2.      Working knowledge of Incident/Problem/Change Management frameworks such as ITIL v3/V4 with minimum certification of Intermediate level.


3.      Excellent written and verbal communication skills with multiple levels of the organization, including interaction with senior level stakeholders, internal and external.

4.      Strong influencing and relationship management skills.


5.      Excellent ability to manage multiple high priority efforts/competing priorities and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities.
