!Commercial Coordinator/Business Analyst! - RETAIL
* Liaise with logistics team on day-to-day basis to facilitate shipments roll out
* Liaise with the brands head quarter and regional office on purchase orders generation and Create PRs ahead of time by 3 months
* Order analysis and management per PDL, quota follow up with Business Demand Manager, push order and organize & manage products returns and destructions
* Build up and follow monthly Sell in forecasts (Excel Spreadsheet/file) along with Commercial Area Manager and alert if any risk of business loss
* Analyze and monitor warehouse stock cover to maintain stock cover target
