Position: Admin Coordinator

Requirements:


* Minimum 4 to 6 years of Exp in Same field.

* immediate joiner's

* Under Husband/ Family Sponsorship


Responsibilities:


* Coordinates within the service field team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.

* Supports the service field teams by contacting customers to arrange appointments.

* Liaises with clients to procure original documents from and maintains access control to sensitive documents.

* Follows up with the factories, suppliers and sub-contractors on information required by the service field team. 

* Notifies the supervisors of each site of the arrival of the material.

* Assists the Senior Engineer/ Engineer in setting up service field training for teams in their departments.

* Develops and maintains filing systems so as to maintain records and prepare reports as required by the business.
