Job Description
Ensure all functions defined to the local Sales Excellence team are being fulfilled
Roll-out of regional reports and support the recipients on how to read them
Prioritize SE demands in the distribution (such as new reports and/or analysis)
Maintain the integrity and quality of the data collected and provided
Coach and support the development of the Sales Excellence Analysts (BI Analyst, GTM Analyst & Order Processing)
Assist the local Leadership Team to prepare the check of results materials (OTC, L5, L4, etc.)
Monthly Target Deployment process
Streamlining and advancing the Business Intelligence
Go-To-Market Activities (Hand Held Trouble Shooting and Re-routing exercises)
Academic Background
University degree in Business or related field
Desirable requirements
Fluent English
Arabic language (advantage)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal skills
Effective communication
Analytical skills
Experience
2+ years of experience in FMCG
Previous experience as Team Leader
