We are looking for an experienced manager to join our team in Doha.
The role will be responsible for leading the day to day operations across our boutiques, leading, coaching and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets, while creating an exceptional experience for our customers.
You will be working closely with the Country Manager, acting as a link between the boutiques and Head Office, so strong communication skills are essential.
To be considered for this position, we require you to have experience leading retail teams in multiple locations/POS in Qatar with a track record in driving high performing teams.
