Job Description
Should have Minimum 3 Years' experience in Purchase CCTV, Access Control Systems, Video Management System, Server, Storage, Network Switch, UPS, Network Passive Components, Video Wall System, Desktop, Laptop, Gate Barrier, UVIS, SMATV, Door Intercom, PA System, Sliding Door, POS, Etc.
Experience in New Vendor Development, Price Negotiation with the vendor, PO releasing, Material Delivery and Payment, etc.
Good experience in Logistic and Supply Chain Filed Sales Support
Ensure the procurement of required goods and services and ensures adherence to appropriate cost, quality and delivery requirements.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvement in the procurement strategy.
Effective proactive liaison with departments to forecast, plan and supply demand to relevant quality.
Providing advice on procurement strategy.
Valuing completed work and arranging payments.
Performing risk, value management and cost control.
Negotiating and managing procurement contracts with suppliers.
Manage vendor delivery and quality performance.
Produce timely and accurate reports on suppliers’ performance.
Reviewing shop drawings.
Preparing material submittals.
