We are looking for talented Sous Chefs with previous experience in voluminous production, healthy/diet food preparation under the management of Executive Chef. The candidate will lead our team in cooking and preparing meals, checking food quality and overseeing cooking techniques while ensuring kitchen meets high standards of quality and hygiene to comply with company’s standard and policies of the ministry.
Requirements:
Previous proven experience in volume production not less than 3,000 meals per day
Previous experience in healthy/diet cooking will be added advantage
Minimum of 3 years' experience in same role of high profile, fast paced F&B outlets.
Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous
Strong people skills, able to work with a wide variety of people
Great leadership skills
Degree or related culinary certificates
