Job Description


Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

Build sustainable relationships and engage customers

Management and resolve customer complaints


Qualifications and Skills Requirements


Proficient in relevant computer applications

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening and written communication skills

1-3 years of experience in a typical call center environment

Knowledge of customer service practices and principles

Excellent data entry and typing skills

Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately

Strong knowledge or idea in a call center terminology

Good in Basic Mathematical calculation

Familiar in basic banking terms

Previous Experience in banking customer service role is highly required

Handling the User problems with the basis of Ticket Priority in SolveIT

Configure and handle of D Link EasyVoiz VOIP Server Using SIP Trunk for the PRI Lines

Vulnerabilities management as per the global Report

Attending Global Meetings for changes in infrastructure and new projects implementation in Qatar SOC

Coordinate With vendors for unresolved issues and new requirements
