Cool Drinks Equipment (CDE)Technician
JOB PURPOSE Maintain and repair all Coca-Cola equipment (Coolers/ Fountain/Vending machines etc.) to maximise customers satisfaction and sales. Perform preventative and quality maintenance checks in addition to maintaining various records and reports. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Diagnosis and repair Cool Drinks equipment (CDE) and all other dispensing equipment. • Perform mechanical services on cold drink equipment including preventative maintenance. • Keep all Fountain Machine & Dispensing equipment in proper operating condition as per Coca- Cola Kore quality requirement. • Provide excellent service to all Coca-Cola customers and ensure to attend 100% break down calls in minimum time gap. • Service CDE equipment in accordance with company and federal standards. • Ensure vehicle has appropriate level of parts inventory
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE • Refrigeration & Air-conditioning diploma/ certification. • Minimum High school passed with adequate experience in the same field MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED • 5 to 6 year experience in same field (FMCG). NATURE OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED • Should have valid Driving License. (UAE / Bahrain/Qatar/Oman). LANGUAGE SKILLS • Proficiency in English • Proficiency in any other language including Arabic will be an added advantage SPECIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES • Must be able to work with flexible schedule and be available to work on weekend and on-call when assigned. • Should have good Communication skills • Should have good Knowledge of Areas, Roads & Traffic Rules • Ability to work /available any time 24/7
Right Execution Daily (RED) Tracker
JOB PURPOSE This role will be auditing the Right Execution Daily (RED) standards on preassigned outlets and provide insights on Consumer Point of View. Help with daily reporting of audited outlet information. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for audit the Right Execution Daily(RED) in pre-defined outlets on daily basis. • Act on the outlet as a ‘Consumer Point of View’. • Follow the related daily Routines provided by the RED Supervisor.
Minimum Educational Qualifications Required for the Role • College/ technical degree (Higher diploma also applies) Minimum Years of Experience Required • Similar experience in the field would be an added advantage Nature of Relevant Experience Required • Previous work with data collection/ surveys Language Skills English Special Skills and Abilities • Mandatory: Driver license in the country • Communications skills (facilitate interaction with store owner), • Good knowledge of geography and routes of the applying country (reduce survey displacement time), • Previous work with data collection/ surveys • Minimum ability with technology (mobile phones/ hand-held’)
