Job Description: An executive secretary is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to an executive or senior manager. They may also be responsible for managing other administrative staff.

 

Responsibilities:

- Providing administrative support to an executive or senior manager

- Managing other administrative staff

- Handling correspondence

- Scheduling appointments and meetings

- Making travel arrangements

- maintaining files and records

- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, and data entry

 

Requirements:

- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent

- Previous experience working as a secretary or administrative assistant is preferred

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential 

- Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
