hiring for an HR Training & Development - Specialist to be based out in Qatar (Permanent Role) - Preferably Indian & Filipino & Nepal


Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any reputed field.


Experience: 5-10 Years as a Training Specialist.


Role & Responsibilities :

 

Responsible of providing cost-effective training design and assessment to increase individual and organizational productivity and enrichment.


• Responsible of ensuring all training modules are linked with business objectives/strategy and company values.


• Responsible of ensuring the training are addressed in line with the department’s needs: Technical skills and Soft competencies.


• Responsible of conducting the New Joiner Orientation, Buddy Program and ensuring all new joiners are provided the necessary respective department's SOP training.


• Responsible of identifying employee training needs along with the Performance Management Specialist, and Employee Relations Officer through surveys, and interviews and facilitating training as necessary.


• Responsible of evaluating the training efficiency and enriching the training programs as per the gap in the efficiency report.


• Responsible of designing career path for employees to create leaders of tomorrow based on succession planning data along with Performance Management Specialist.


• Responsible of creating a competency framework for training and set weightage for competencies role-wise..


• Responsible of implementing the E-Learning Program and administering the Learning Management System by ensuring systematic capture of training records and data.


• Responsible of supervising and monitoring the progress made via training programs or schemes.


• Responsible of providing the employee with career development advice/counsel along with the Performance Management Specialist.


• Responsible of planning and organizing all employee engagement activities along with the Employee Relations Officer as per the guidelines and approval received from your manager.
