Electrical and Instrumentation Technician
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspection and testing of electrical, Instrumentation and control system.
- Responsible for service, repair and overhaul of Electrical and Instrumentation system, control and component on equipment, machinery, and facility.
- Perform preventive maintenance of all electrical and instruments under the scope of maintenance department.
- Read electrical and instrument diagram and manual to determine work procedures and trouble shooting.
- Ability to remove and re-install units, configuring, calibrating, and maintaining control, measurement and indicating instrumentation (Pneumatic, analog, and digital). Well versed in calibration of equipment.

Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Provide administration and support to sales team by assisting on daily related sales activities, handling paperwork, proposals and quotations, tenders, bids and ad hoc duties to ensure efficient sales support is provided for optimum sales results.
•Support sales staff by following up on DSO collection so that Jotun’s liquidity remains balanced
•Coordinate between the Sales Manager, sales personnel and other internal stakeholders by assisting with communicating and disseminating relevant information.
•Convey any received external inquiries and information effectively to the team.
•Coordinate with Customer Service on price variations, customer enquiries, etc. and assist in updating system price list.
•Assist in keeping the customer credit file up-to-date.
Coatings Advisor
Responsibilities:
• Give clear instructions to clients and relevant Jotun staff on paint application by working on site with relevant client representatives to ensure the coating specification is met and in accordance with customer expectations.
• Carry out inspections of specific projects assigned to you by your direct manager by working independently, following the ITP and working procedures in order ensure that the product is applied in accordance with the specification
• Write relevant reports by compiling data from inspections in order to document that the specification inspection criteria have been met
• Monitor the surface pre-treatment recommended for each products according to its technical data sheets / specs to ensure the surface is suitable before the application.
Marketing Executive - Retail
Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain the Jotun Shop Concept standard by monitoring the implementation of new shops and evaluating existing shops according to the regional guidelines in order to sustain Jotun brand image in the market and provide customers with an exceptional experience.
• Develop and maintain promotional activities by monitoring regional programs (Master Painter, Loyalty Program and Premiere League) and planning for exhibitions, events and seminars for end users, interior designers and fresh graduates to increase sales, Jotun brand awareness and footfall on our shop network.
• Manage and lead the Retail Development team by setting objectives and providing necessary coaching and guidance in order to support their development and achieving the function’s targets.
