Senior Auditor (Associate Manager 3)


Minimum qualifications:

Graduate degree in Accounting or related field;
Fully-qualified in any of the following international professional qualifications – CA, ACCA, ACA, CPA, CMA, CIA
Knowledge of IFRS

Experience Expected

Minimum 7+ years in public auditing and accounting, of which at least 3 year must be post-qualifying experience, preferably with a Big 4 Audit firm;
Extensive knowledge of best practice reporting and International Financial Reporting Standards;
Auditing experience in diverse industries;
Some experience outside the normal audit field, such as agreed-upon, accounting support and other transaction support engagements
Starting to actively develop an understanding of a range of financial and other areas (other than attestation and accounting advisory) in order to be able to assist clients on due diligence and other transaction support engagements (If this point is not available then there should be available a proof of being trained thereon
Proficiency in Arabic (writing and speaking) preferred




Associate, Transfer Pricing - Tax


The Individual

Professional team member with 12-18 months for core Transfer Pricing experience preferably from a Big 4 firm. The experience to include:

· Performing benchmarking analysis, running searches and qualitative analysis

· Drafting of Transfer Pricing documentation which may include Master file, Local file, policies, agreements etc.

· Solid analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

· Knowledge and experience in the MENA region would be an asset.

· Proficiency in English. Arabic would be an asset.



Associate Manager - Audit (Insurance Sector)



Minimum qualifications:

Graduate degree in Accounting or related field;
International professional qualification – CA, ACCA, ACA, CPA, CMA, CIA (is a must)
Knowledge of IFRS
Minimum 4 - 8 years in public auditing and accounting, preferably with a Big 4 Audit firm;
Knowledge of best practice reporting and International Financial Reporting Standards;
Some experience outside the normal audit field, such as agreed-upon, accounting support and other transaction support engagements
Experience in auditing Insurance sector clients
Proficiency in Arabic language is an advantage



Manager- Fraud and Financial Crimes



Responsibilities:

As a manager, you will be expected to use your industry experience and expertise to formulate comprehensive and well considered solutions to clients’ challenges. All candidates are expected to be able to:

Manage Fraud and Financial Crime engagements.
Proactively leverage their technical knowledge, experience, and contacts to manage the development of proposals and in generating new business for the firm.
Manage risk and commercial aspects involved in the delivery of projects including budgets, planning and project governance.
Manage and mentor Fraud SME’s and team members from diverse backgrounds during projects and as part of the KPMG appraisal process.
