The person must be able to prepare application both Manual and online for all types of work/visit visas, residence permits, medicals/finger, exit permits, Labor card, Employment contract, other company letters NOCs etc. for employees. And renewal of Resident Permit, CR, Trade license, Municipality certificate, Computer card and Mandoop card etc. for Company.

Liaising with various Government Departments (Immigration, Labor, Traffic, Municipality) and Agencies to ensure efficient and timely services in order to meet the business requirement.

Be up to date with any changes or amendments to the existing laws / rules / regulations, changes in forms / formats and other procedures and keep the Human Resources Department be informed of such changes.

Have good relation and network of contacts in all the government departments to support your work.

Should have excellent knowledge of all Qatari, Immigration and Labor Laws and be able to work independently within the time limit.
