Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Senior Quantity Surveyor ensures that all QS team members apply company estimating practices, techniques, processes and procedures.

Delivers quality controlled Contract Administration and estimates for projects and programs as assigned. Defines and delineates project or program scope utilizing a top down work breakdown structure (WBS), prepares material takeoffs in accordance with the WBS as defined by concept documents, and design drawings, plans and specifications.

Develops detailed resource costs for work activities based on the planned schedule of execution, applies project burdens and indirect costs, applies dictated fees and taxes, defines costs associated with contract general conditions, and applies expected margins to produce a reasonable probable project and/or contract cost.

Civil Inspector (Drainage Tunnel)

The Civil Inspector under general supervision, performs moderately complex quality control inspection activities on assigned Civil engineering project to ensure that products or services provided are in accordance with customer and Parsons requirements.

Performs inspections/surveillances based on training received.

Public Relation Officer

The Public Relations Officer performs a variety of public relations and liaison functions for the project. Will liaise directly with the general/public and the project stakeholders during the construction of the works. Will respond to all enquiries from the general/public and be involved in resolving conflicts arising from the effects of the construction works on the general/public. He will prepare the media information from the project to be used for the client with different media resources.

Safety Engineer

Conducts audits and inspection of work areas, machinery, equipment, and working conditions for compliance with occupational safety and health regulations.

Reports incidents of noncompliance to codes and standards, and may recommend corrective actions.

Follows up to confirm implementation of corrective actions.

Ensures the availability, readiness, and proper use of required accident prevention procedures, safety and fire prevention equipment, protective clothing and devices, and first aid supplies.

Maintains records of safety audits and inspections, as well as required follow up actions.
