Property Consultant
Cushman & Wakefield Qatar is a leading global real estate firm. We're calling for Property consultants who will be in charge of identifying and managing potential clients, as well as analyzing their needs and providing living spaces that meet them. Preferably English & Arabic speakers.
Responsibilities:
Accompany clients on property visits and inspections, advising them on the suitability, value, and attributes of the property under consideration.
Opportunities to advertise, sell, and lease residential properties
Finds and contacts new prospects.
Discover your client's needs and identify living locations that meet them.
Finds new quality-listings
Qualifications:
Experience of 2+ years
Self-motivated and knowledgeable about the needs of real estate contracts
Communication and negotiation abilities are essential.
Real Estate Consultant
