Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer
Minimum 5 Years Experience in relevant field.
Responsible for the preparation, maintaining & improvement of all relevant
requirements/documents for the laboratory accreditation.
Responsible in achieving high standards of quality assurance on calibrated items & issued
certificates.
Performs final inspection before shipment of any items going out of the laboratory that was
calibrated with complete documentation.
Identify relevant quality and safety related training needs.
Manage laboratory environment to meet calibration needs in accordance with standards.
Maintain accurate calibration records and reports on data base.
Provide technical/standard resources for technicians & sales team whenever required.
Manage tasks and work with team to meet customer requirements and schedules.
Support customer with prompt response.
Support the team in identifying processes improvements.
Coordinates instruments status to Sales staffs, regularly interacts with Lab in-charge & Support
staffs.
Communicate to Sales staffs, Lab in-charge & Support staffs regarding urgent requirement from
their respective clients.
Technical Sales Engineer
The ideal candidate for this position will be will obtain and expand the company's business relationships. In order to succeed in this position the candidate must have a solid technical understanding of the company and its products compiled with sociable and outgoing personality to build rapport with potential clients.
Responsibilities

organising sales visits
giving demonstrations, training and presentations to help clients discover and understand products/services
liaising with existing clients
preparing tenders, proposals and quotations
providing pre-sales and post-sales support
negotiating contracts, terms and conditions
reviewing cost and sales performance
writing reports and sales literature
supporting other members of the sales team by training them in the uses of products/services
attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
ensuring that sales targets are met.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
3+ years of relevant experience
Strong negotiation skills
Interpersonal skills
