Minimum
Qualifications : Bachelors in Computer Science or any other related discipline
Relevant certification is preferred.
Minimum
Experience: Minimum 8 years of related experience
Must have worked in IT Project Management environment for a minimum
of 2 years.
Job Specific :
Minimum 8 years of related experience
Focused around delivery management, and therefore need to be able to
work at many levels and utilize different styles of management throughout
the project lifecycle to ensure delivery of business value
Solid planning, organizational and multitasking skills to effectively
manage various tasks associated with projects
Excellent ability to communicate, manage lead and influence teams that
do not directly report to PM
Proficient in project management practices, a highly effective
communicator and experienced in dealing with multiple projects.
Experience in developing PMO processes and driving PM best practices
to IT teams
Technically sound and be able to correlate the IT initiative to the overall
organizational priorities
Excellent writing skills in English, Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
Good organising and communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience of working in the region and knowledge of local culture will be
an added benefit.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Flexibility and a related ability to work autonomously.
A team player willing to work on tight timelines and pitch in when needed.
A positive attitude, patience and persistence, especially when dealing
with various internal and external stakeholders.
