We are looking for:
SHES Trainer
Qualification:
Support in analyzing and assessing the SHES training needs and perform such analysis periodically and updating the Training Matrix periodically.
Support in preparing and developing SHES training and testing modules/packages relevant to the Project and translating English into the language being taught.
Reviewing all SHES training modules/packages and verify adequacy and standards
Keeping records of trainees’ attendance and ensuring that training assessment is done on completion of the training
Ensure that the training database is kept up to date for persons who complete training
Support craft training as required
Maintain relevant certifications, memberships and engage in self-development
Engaging manufactures and experts to ensure training material is accurate and current
