1. Hostess, Waiter, Head Waiter
-Greeting guests and provides high quality customer service
2. Barista
-Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea
-Educating customers on the drinks menu, making recommendations based on customer preferences, up-selling special items and taking orders
