Operations Executive
· The main point of contact for the patients and nurses.
· Coordinate with Operations Coordinator on a daily basis on patients list and medical records
· Manage stock consumption of MobileMed and maintain inventory and usage tracking
· Handle infection control such as coordinating and scheduling appointments with:
a) Medical waste management
b) Pest control booking and record keeping
c) Keep record of sharp container management
d) Handle disinfection procedure as per the contract
e) Maintain monthly cleaning checklist
f) Fire agreement inspections and verification
g) Handling Medical equipment manuals and maintenance as per the contract
h) Maintain records of PPM files, track, and schedule maintenance
· Ensure HASANA guidelines have been followed by the team
· First point of contact for companies’ contract, and special agreements
· Ensure team has been update with all the necessary information to attend guests
· Ensure the office is clean and tidy all the time and stock room is arranged properly
