Business Development Executive
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Business Development role in Oil & Gas sector
Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities
Meeting clients and generating/ negotiating Business Proposals & New Business Opportunities
Marketing the company to potential clients, partners, and financiers
Coordinate with the team on hiring plans and all HR related matters
Interviewing staff about noticeable changes in their workflow or client relationships
Strong communication, presenting and convincing skills
Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner
Time management and planning skills
Preferred Bilingual candidates.
Local candidates with transferable visa are preferred.
Mechanical Engineer Rotating
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering specialized in Rotating or equivalent is preferable
Minimum 18 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry, with 10 years of relevant experience in offshore
Exposure with international consulting company, EPIC contractor with projects’ pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and hand-over activities is an added advantage
Knowledge of International, Shell DEPs and/or Qatar Energy standards related to his area of expertise and Design Software related to Rotating Engineering such as Stress Analysis software, etc.
Solutions Architect
A minimum of 8 years in a professional senior technical role such as technical lead, team lead, architect, or other hands on leadership role ideally for a major consultancy or system integrator.
Experience with enterprise architecture tools, in particular Sparx Enterprise Architect, together with deep and demonstrable experience of architectural and application modelling (Sysml, UML), business process modelling (BPMN2) and solution implementation and deployment.
Ability to establish, implement and enforce appropriate standards to meet business requirements.
Experience in developing Service Orientated Architectures (SOA) guided by SOA RA.
Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies such as TOGAF or the equivalent.
Working knowledge of infrastructure including servers, storage, firewalls, load balancers, routers, etc.
Detailed technical knowledge spanning enterprise technologies, systems and infrastructure, Mobile, API/DevOps, etc
