Business Development Manager



1. Skills & Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in IT or Business from an accredited university.

Over 5 years of sales management experience with a proven track record of success in a distribution environment or enterprise IT solutions

Direct experience in Enterprise IT products or Infrastructure as a Service preferred.

Ability to successfully interface with senior management and vendors.

Must be self-directed and a highly motivated individual, able to accelerate sales.

Strong understanding of latest Enterprise IT technology and trends preferred

Work effectively in a matrix environment.

Ability to manage complex sales situations and large projects.

Clear record of achievement working across cross functional teams.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with great attention to detail. Extremely articulate with strong presentation skills and comfortable presenting in front of senior level customer audiences and influence their decisions

Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution ability.

Valid Qatar driving license


2.Responsibilities


Identify new business opportunities.

Ability to analyze potential customer requirements and position application Solutions

Closes business, delivering quota against target.

Ensure proper pipeline coverage; get the most return from demand generation campaigns, proper progression, conversion, and participation rates. Identify, understand, and flex the optimal components of pipeline growth with relentless focus.

Establish strong customer relationships to position the application Strategic pillars around the customers digital transformation.

Update sales forecasts, record activities and build opportunity close plans.

Develop long-term sustainable relations with customers and partners.

Establish and progress all opportunities in your territory.

Ensure a proper Onboarding and Implementation Partner for new projects with the right follow up to maximize customer outcomes and to pave the way for future expansion.

Drive account and territory planning

Participate in large deals execution, leveraging product expertise and other key sales support functions

Pipeline health and related activities to grow in a specific area.

Senior Web Designer - UI Designer





Responsibilities:

Translating structural information into visual forms that make information compelling, easier to understand, and actionable
Ability to define UI components and patterns, guidelines and cross platform design systems.
Proficiency with Figma and/or Sketch, Adobe XD, and other design tools.
Communicating through nuanced use of color, tone, layout, composition, imagery, typography, interactions, and motion
Translate user insights into actionable recommendations
Keep informed of latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
A positive attitude, growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and innovative approach

Qualifications:

5+ years as a UI, interaction, product or digital designer with a focus on user centered design .
A design portfolio showcasing your proficiency in translating research insights into aesthetic product experiences, reflecting the synthesis of good visual design principles.
Excellent visual, written and verbal communication skills, along with presentation and negotiation skills.
Experience or familiarity with designing for accessibility standards
Ability to work well in a fast-paced design process
Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
A penchant for details and organization, including the ability to prioritize tasks, communicate progress and meet ambitious deadlines to deliver high-quality work in time.
Must be comfortable working in fuzzy environments where boundaries aren’t clearly defined.
Ability to manage multiple tracks of work
