Project Coordinator
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the Project Manager to ensure the participation of cross-functional stakeholders in furthering project goals. With organization and prioritization skills, this candidate will organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
Communicating with members of the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on deadlines, available resources, and complexity of the task
Coordinating with vendors to set up meetings with equipment suppliers and specifying equipment needs
Ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met
Coordinating meetings with other staff members to ensure that everyone is on the same page about project details
Preparing reports for superiors regarding project status, costs, and timelines
Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure that all parties are aware of project details and deadlines
Organizing and managing resources such as human capital, materials, equipment, and supplies required to complete the project
Coordinating with subcontractors to ensure that work is completed according to specifications
Qualifications
Minimum 3-4 years’ relevant experience
Minimum 3 years working experience in Qatar
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
