Senior Officer Acquisition and Awareness
This will be a Full-Time | On-premises role for candidates who are interested and located in Qatar
Strategic Responsibilities:
Grow the member base for our corporate program through owned (e.g., email, CRM, site, direct mail), and paid (e.g., social, digital display) channels.
Development and execution of annual campaigns associated with key employee events to drive opt-ins and registrations.
Develop winning strategies, execution prowess, rigorous analysis of campaign results and, test-and-know-how, all to drive user engagement, enrollment, and registration.
Identify client segments, targeting, and relevant communications to drive awareness of company respective perks program.
Ensure proper planning of the CRM strategy and follow up on the execution and results.
Change Management
Actively develops open and trusted relationships across a complex organization to create clear goals, accountabilities, and outcomes.
Bring new and innovative ideas to drive program growth and optimizations, building the business case (including financial impact assessment and strategic rationale) and gaining leadership buy-in for specific opportunities.
Optimize Marketing campaigns through all channels (Influencers, app/ web/ social/ search…) aggressively to drive acquisitions.
Manage suppliers' and agencies' relationships linked to the planned campaigns.
Country Head of Operations
The Country Head of Operations is responsible for ensuring the country’s operational performance meets Floward’s high standards. You will be responsible for a variety of departments including but not limited to procurement, inventory, production, and logistics. Ensuring our customers receive high-quality products, on time, whilst still managing our operational costs.
A responsible leader, leads by example, is analytical and strategic with a broad knowledge of the eCommerce industry. Working closely with HR to lead with integrity and establish a trusting, inclusive and productive environment. The Head of Operations works closely with various functions such as finance, category, and marketing both within the country and central teams.
Senior Product Designer
We are seeking a Product Designer to join the Product Design team!, This role will be leading one of our Squad (Discovery & CheckOut) on the Consumer side of Floward or helping on the vital work-stream focusing on the app that workers as Pickers, Florists, Packers, Drivers use every day to receive and process orders.
This is a high-impact and visible surface with opportunities to drive the future vision of Floward product and our core design language. This is perfect for someone who enjoys work with innovative ideas, complex UX problems, and creating new standards for visual design craft and quality!
