1. Preparing Complete cost of estimation for MEP elements which includes, Material, labor, Erection, Equipment’s, Testing and commissioning manhours, direct and indirect resources in line with BOQ, Scope of work, Project Specification, and standards.
2. Study tender documents including drawings, Specification, SOW, Contract details and conditions.
3. Preparing tender study report and submit to respective department head.
4. Preparation of Preliminary Estimation, Budget Estimation and Detailed Estimation (With Rate Analysis) and submit to respective Department heads.
5. Attend Site visit for getting Estimation details.
6. Attend Prebid meetings.
7. Preparing Project Risk Analysis Report.
8. Identifying long lead items and provide supplier contacts to procurement.
9. Following procurement for long lead items delivery.
