Project Manager (Catering and Camps)



This is a unique opportunity to join Sodexo | Teyseer in Qatar.


Reporting to the Project Director your role will be to coordinate between the client and Sodexo by promoting the company's values and high level of attention to customer satisfaction.



Purpose of the role


As a project manager to manage the catering and camp management projects by providing multi-services in such a manner that customer satisfaction, high staff morale, and budgeted profit margins are achieved and that a good company image is projected, thus ensuring continued growth.

Liaising with the client to maintain strong communications between the parties to ensure that their objectives and requirements are being met

Ability to manage client relations, team management, and contractor and supplier management with strong technical knowledge, financial reporting ability, and motivation to continuously improve all aspects of the operation and quality of life services.

Ensure contractual obligations, KPIs, and SLAs are delivered.



Job Duties and Responsibilities


The chosen candidate will be in charge of leading the catering and camp management teams, developing strategies, implementing them, and developing resource plans.

Ensuring efficient project delivery, including timeliness, quality, safety, risk management, and scope of work in line with the project requirements.

Accountable for achieving operational team goals by demonstrating a customer-centric leadership style and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain strong working relationships.

Planning, organizing, and controlling the operations in a professional manner, ensuring prompt, efficient, and quality service to the clients in line with the contract.

Achieve excellence in all areas of service, ensuring compliance with company-recognized standards.

Maintain daily control over the quality and quantity of food service under the direction.

Control the administration of the location, including personnel, reception, stock-taking, cost of food, man-day accounting, time sheets, wage sheets, sickness, leaves, etc., as per the defined procedures of the company.

Set objectives for the team and ensure that all the departments are performing within the scope of their work and achieving excellence in service.
