Within the Business & Development (OBO/BD Gas Asset), your missions will be:
Coordinate Production reporting (daily reporting, weekly reports and closure forecast preparation) for QatarGas and Dolphin assets;
Maintain a proper register and filling of all downloaded reports and analysis;
Develop decision support tools and dashboards, together with Finance, to have a common Production reporting between OBO and Finance on Power BI;
Be the focal point for HSE and Carbon Footprint reduction subjects at OBO level and in charge of the GHG emissions reporting;
Perform regular update of Integrated Planning based on North Field Studies planning;
Support to Long Term Plan (LTP): Slide preparation, formating & consolidation for Qatargas, Dolphin;
Technical assistance: Ensure timely management of all the Request for Assistance from Qatargas, Qatar Energy, Dolphin and Request for Services from Headquarters (follow-up from scope of work definition to re-invoicing as per Technical Services Agreement rules);
Migrate all non C3 data from W: to SharePoint under the supervision of the Asset manager.
