Wellbeing Consultant
VIWELL is seeking to engage a Wellbeing Consultant to play an integral role in the continuous development and implementation of our Total Reward/Wellbeing solutions.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility for developing and implementing a community integration model including the assessment, planning, communication, collaboration, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of multi-faceted systems to enhance the wellbeing of our clients.
Develop and scale creative wellbeing programs that amplify the client’s organizational culture and enhance the employee experience.
· Evaluate effectiveness of new wellbeing benefits.
· Conduct in-depth analysis of health care trends and strategies to address changes/challenges.
· Analyse reports and work collaboratively to ensure wellbeing plan provisions are implemented, interpreted, and administered correctly.
· Develop strategies to maximize employee engagement with wellbeing programs and drive positive health and well-being outcomes.
· Create a cross-divisional Wellbeing network for client organizations. Develop strategies to ensure that programs are prioritized for each division based on client needs.
· Collaborate with Communications and Marketing teams to create and disseminate high-impact communication plans aligned to health & wellbeing priorities.
· Partner with external benefits and wellbeing organizations and other networking groups to understand industry trends and best practices.
Regional Manager
Role Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
Business Management experience with Business Degree.
Entrepreneurial mindset with understanding of Finance and how to manage P&L.
Preferably client relationship management experience.
Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills.
Excellent leadership and independent decision-making skills.
Strong work ethics and works well under pressure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferably understanding the health and wellbeing space.
Client Success Manager
Role Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Client Success Manager or similar role.
Driven to achieve results and able to work autonomously.
Highly organized and able to multi-task.
Great attention to detail in service delivery and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate leadership qualities.
The ideal candidates must have experience in the following:
Enterprise Sales.
Excellent Customer Services.
Building Sales Strategy, team, structure and process.
Building successful Implementation process and KPIs.
Event Executive
Role Required Qualification, Experience, and Skills:
· Bachelor’s Degree of BA, Marketing or equivalent.
· 3 years of Experience of planning and executing external events and exhibitions management.
· Preferably studies of Event Management.
· Updated Knowledge of best practices in events and marketing.
· A passion for creating and maintaining brand and house style.
· Ability to negotiate the best possible rates to control cost levels.
· Ability to work with databases and use CRM.
· Experience in the wellbeing industry is preferred.
