Head of Finance advisory and project Finance
Job Purpose Summary:
The Head of Financial Advisory and Project Finance will be responsible for leading all financial advisory activities in support of Business Development and Mergers & Acquisitions initiatives of Nebras Power and for developing internal capabilities and a team of financial advisory professionals which can effectively support the growth efforts of the Company. He/she will be responsible for establishing a robust investment governance framework including policies and procedures on investment screening criteria, investment evaluation and investment authorization. The incumbent will be responsible for all business evaluations in support of green field business developments and M&A initiatives in respect of their non-recourse bankability. He/She will be also responsible for providing advice on selection of financial advisory firms and project finance debt providers and for their coordination. He/she will be responsible for leading, managing and monitoring all Nebras Power’s project and structured financing transactions. The incumbent will be also responsible for the identification and execution of project debt restructuring and refinancing opportunities, with an expectation of “upside” value creation. He/she will discharge his/her responsibilities under the coordination and supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, working very closely with the Chief Development Officer and the Business Development team.
