Sr. Compliance Manager (Etihad Airport Services) :

Responsible to ensure Etihad Cargo is, at all times, compliant with applicable industry, operational and regulatory (local & international) requirements; which shall include the Safety Management System (SMS), Cargo Security, a robust quality control and training program and international trade and sanction compliance (Export Control). Responsible for strategic development and continues enhancements of Etihad Cargo’s compliance levels and provide support and guidance to the entire cargo division, while also acting as formal deputy for Head of Cargo Operations Delivery.
Job Responsibilities
Accountable for development, delivery, management and continuous enhancement cargo training program for the whole division, ensuring documentation is compliant with operational and regulatory requirements and the required training level is achieved across Etihad Cargo.
Accountable for ensuring compliance with international trade and sanction regulations (Export Control), avoiding penalties/fines and protecting Etihad’s brand reputation, by identification and resolution of potential non-compliances and engagement with relevant internal & external stakeholders, incl. authorities and industry bodies.
Accountable for the Cargo quality control program, ensuring the program is up-to-date and reflective of current regulatory and business requirements; trends and best practices are identified and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
Accountable to ensure effective management of Etihad’s SMS (Safety Management System) and cargo security program in line with applicable standards and regulations, as well as to ensure Cargo is represented in first- and third-party audits and other applicable forums and committees.
Accountable to ensure operational documentation, such as but not limited to the Cargo Services Manual (CSM), Cargo Process Manual etc., is kept up-to-date and relevant, is frequently reviewed in line with policies and procedures and auditable records are maintained at all times.
Champion “Preferred Handling Partner (PHP) program” that manages all global 3rd party providers, ensuring the program is reflective of business needs and aligned to regulatory, operational and governance requirements and manage the program in liaison with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Accountable for clearly defined performance measures, processes and policies to ensure compliance, as well as responsible for the compliance budget, to enable safety promotions, quality control, training development and other initiatives and projects, which will support Etihad Cargo’s compliance level.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Educated to at least university degree, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, project management skills, commercial acumen, logical thinking and eye for details.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in the aviation industry, preferably in air cargo; minimum of 3 years’ experience in regulatory or operational compliance management, demonstrating sound experience in cargo operations, industry standards, supplier management and leading teams.

The Marketing and Social Media Officer will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's aviation training services. Also will manage the company's social media accounts, creating and sharing engaging content to increase brand awareness and attract potential students.
Job Responsibilities
Implement marketing strategies in line with the company’s Vision and targets, to promote the company's products and services
Create and send marketing material to potential and existing customers and partners
Manage the company's social media accounts and create engaging content such as videos, infographics, and blog posts
Create and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract customers
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand message is delivered
Create branded material for showcase, manage the event calendar and when required, attend networking events and trade shows to represent the company and promote its services
Manage internal communications to keep the team informed of marketing efforts and updates
Manage external communications by engaging with relevant magazines, journals, etc. and creating content for global distribution
Manage and maintain the company's customer database in conjunction with the sales team
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in marketing and social media management
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Experience creating and executing social media campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
Experience in website management, SEO, and email marketing
Experience in the aviation or training industry is a plus
