SECRETARY

JOB DESCRIPTION

Location – Muscat, Oman

Preparation of financial reports and statements and other ad-hoc reports
Responsible for all VAT-related tasks
Analyse financial statements
Manage budgeting and forecasting
Accounts receivable management including follow-up and collection of payments
Recording of all month-end closing entries
Other necessary administrative tasks of the company as advised by the management time to time
Petty cash management/supervision
Bank reconciliations
Proper document management and filing
Controlling store physically and through ERP system
Clearing goods from customs with clearing agent support.
Preparing and verifying all related document of procurement.
Controlling and maintain all Administration work.
Posting all type of collection from Customer
Posting all transaction related to supplier
Posting delivery note, Invoice, etc related to Store and procurement.
Tally knowledge is must
The candidate must have strong interpersonal, teamwork skills.

Knowledge of GCC accounting Laws is a plus Ability to interpret and analyse financial statements

Fluency in Microsoft Office and accounting software’s

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred – B-Com, M.com)
Experience:

Accounting: 2 years (Required)
Language:

English,Hindi (Required)
Visa status:

· Visit visa (PREFERRED)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to RO270.000 per month
