call center receptionist
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and provide professional, and courteous service to clients
Respond to inquiries from clients and potential customers regarding our services and properties
Schedule appointments for clients with agents and brokers
Update and maintain client information in our database
Provide administrative support to the sales team, as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-year experience as an administrative and reception staff
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and CRM
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus, but not required
Luxury Real Estate Agent
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven track record of excellent sales skills
Knowledge in GCC market and sales
Strong communication, closing and negotiation skills
Fluent in English
Preferably Valid driving license and car
Good customer service skills
Self-motivated and driven to succeed
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
