Pre-sales Engineer -Google Cloud
Main Duties And Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert in technical/solutions design of the assigned products/services portfolio;
Work with the Sales team to develop and implement specific account penetration strategies and achieve set targets;
Collaborate with the Sales team in qualifying opportunities, supporting and advising on the technical aspect of the sales lifecycle including technical qualification, presentation of solution proposals and high-level designs and demonstrations;
Run, manage and drive proof of concepts (POC) and request for proposals (RFP) and close opportunities from a pre-sales and implementation perspective;
Build sound relationships with the vendors, partners and customers in support of sales objectives;
Lead technical sales calls;
Manage adoption, integration and value generation of the assigned products/services within the customer/partner business;
Complete required pre-sales documentations in a quick and accurate manner;
Develop content, train and support partners and customers;
Respond to pre-sales and post-sales queries during assigned rotations and after-hours and escalate issues if needed;
Put available systems into practice (CRM for leads, opportunity and deal registration management) for output efficiency and standardization;
Liaise with the sales team to provide feedback from clients on product requirements
Stay abreast of market trends, products and competitors landscapes.
Cloud Consultant - Google
Main Duties And Responsibilities
Leads all aspects of the technical sales process while advising clients on overall architect solutions based on Google Cloud.
Provide direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business.
Help our sales representatives as a technical resource- match customer needs to Google cloud platform solutions. provision of support throughout the sale.
Assist the sales team to drive revenue by helping to qualify accounts, answer RFP/RFIs, preparing and delivering solution-based product presentations, and delivering proof of concepts which meet customer business requirements.
Conduct full technical discovery, identifying pain points, business and technical requirements, “as is” and “to be” scenarios.
Develop compelling propositions for clients, including writing proposals and contracting those proposals with clients
Lead detail technical assessments of current state of enterprise environment and architect a path to transformation into a cloud enterprise
Presenting technical topics in front of a senior audience, including C-Levels
Develop and deliver high quality standard Google Cloud platform presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction.
Assist in customer engagement
Lead technical sales calls.
