Job description
· Must have experience in Logistics Industry· Must have transferable QID/visa (NOC should be readily available)· Should have minimum 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding.· Must have valid Qatar driving license (having personal car is added advantage).· Strong interpersonal skills, Excellent communication and written skills in Arabic and English· Additional language is an added advantage· Strong organizational skills· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Ability to multitask· Establish and maintain productive working relationships with key and operational government offices including: Customs Head Office, Ministry of Environment, Municipality and other Ministries and agencies.· Should have experience in taking the necessary approval from customs, ministry and CID office· Process, submits and follow up all the company official relations/ transactions with the government sectors· Liaise with government entities to confirm the most update information related to the process· Prepare all documents/correspondence to various government offices in professional manner.· Invoice submissions and payment collection to/from customer.· Perform other related tasks as and when assigned by the management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor Degree in Public Relations/Marketing Communication/Event Management or equivalent qualifications
• 5 years of related experience, preferably in a freight forwarding and logistics company; Should have experience in Qatar
• Salary based on their experience

المؤهلات ومتطلبات التعليم
• درجة البكالوريوس في العلاقات العامة / الاتصالات التسويقية / إدارة الأحداث أو مؤهلات معادلة
• 5 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة ، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في شركة الشحن والخدمات اللوجستية. يجب أن يكون لديه خبرة في قطر
