Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets within the EU region.
• Identify and prospect potential clients, build relationships, and effectively communicate the value of our research services.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, presentations, and proposals that effectively showcase our services.
• Lead the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and provide regular updates to the management team.
• Stay up to date with industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify business risks and opportunities.
Requirements and skills
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the market research or consulting industry.
• Extensive experience in selling B2B services to clients in the EU region.
• Strong understanding of market research methodologies, data analysis, and insights generation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel within the EU region as required.
Operations Manager
Responsibilities
• Meeting the sales targets set by the management (monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Managing, supporting, and developing plans for successful & timely deliveries of projrcts.
• Formulating strategies that propel the team towards the targets/goals.
• Mapping and approaching potential clients with clear plans (S.M.A.R.T.).
• Maintaining and improving relationships with clients.
• Acquiring new clients (B2B: agencies and end-clients).
• Nurturing new and dormant accounts to their full potential.
• Identifying emerging markets (ideas, industries, or technologies).
Requirements and skills
• Possess at least 6-8 years of experience in similar industry/B2B sales in UK (managerial role is preferred).
• Successful previous experience as a Project Manager or Operations Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to travel overseas at least once a month.
• MS Office skills (Excel is essential), bonus points for skill in any other statistical tools.
• Good analytical and communication skills are essential to this position.
