HBK Contracting Company is currently seeking an experienced Supervisor to manage our dewatering works at all HBK projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all works are executed efficiently, in a timely manner and within budget.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the dewatering works at all HBK projects.
- Plan, coordinate and allocate resources to effectively achieve project goals.
- Ensure all works are executed to the highest quality standards.

- coordinate the maintenance as required.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in a supervisory role.
- A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Expert knowledge of dewatering operations with excellent track record
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability in planning and managing work priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage a diverse workforce towards achieving a common goal.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
