Title: HR Officer


Job Purpose:
Responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including onboarding, orientation, and training new staff members. Assist with payroll management for employees to receive their salary on time that considering client’s requirements, employee needs and market levels to attract, motivate, and retain employees and enable client to meet its operational and strategic objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:
💼 Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum Experience:
💼  3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Job-Specific Skills (Generic / Technical):
💼 Proficiency in English
💼 Financial awareness
💼 Analytical thinking and data interpretation
💼 Communication and interpersonal skills
🔝 Working knowledge of MS Office – (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
🔝 Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ERP / SAP ERP
💼 Ability to work under pressure
 
💰 Salary Package between 10 000 QAR – 12 000 QAR(All together package) +Other company benefits
